Weekend Rewind | No. 1

The past weekend in Palm Beach was one for the books! We had the perfect spring-like weather all weekend and were able to celebrate Tray’s birthday in one of our favorite cities.

We kicked the weekend off with the most amazing tapas and sangria at Patio Tapas and Beer in Boca Raton. Then, we met up with friends for dinner at Yard House in Mizner Park.

Tray’s birthday was Saturday. So, I took him to one of my favorite Delray Beach breakfast spots, Caffe Luna Rosa. Then, we took a walk on the beach before we headed back to the hotel to get ready for the day.

For most of the afternoon, we meandered Worth Ave. and The Royal Poinciana Plaza. (I’ll do a full Palm Beach guide, soon!)

Saturday evening, we celebrated Tray’s birthday dinner at Okeechobee Steakhouse in West Palm Beach. We both raved about the meal for the rest of the night. The wine list was extensive and we had a really nice bottle of La Maison Bleue with our meal. Dinner was followed by a peanut butter pie for Tray and chocolate mousse for me.

We had a slow Sunday morning, which included bagels and coffee from Brooklyn Water Bagel (get the iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes) and a drive down A1A.

Since we enjoyed Palm Beach so much Saturday, we went back to meander and drive by all the stunning homes on the island. A late lunch at Sant Ambroeus called to us (and pretty much everyone else in Palm Beach). The meal was the perfect ending to our weekend.

4 Things I’m Loving

1. Roller Rabbit Pajamas: I tried these pjs on for the first time this past weekend and instantly fell in love. They are the thinnest, softest pjs ever. If you live in a warm climate or sleep warm, this pj set would make the best addition to your collection.
2. Leather Bow Sandals: I knew I loved this sandals when I purchased them, but I had no idea how much wear I would truly get out of them. I’ve worn them with jeans, denim shorts, this farm rio dress, and this midi dress. I’ll be wearing these sandals all summer!
3. Hot Pink Midi Dress: I tried this dress on in the Worth Ave. store and fell in love! I ended up purchasing this green eyelet dress, but I can’t stop thinking about this dress, so I’m going to order it LOL!
4. Orange Blossom Candle: If heaven were collected in a jar it would be this orange blossom candle. I am obsessed!
